Diving into the muse of contemporary furnishings

The latest inspirations are in combining abstract qualities with organic accents. There is continuous movement in this intersection of design but we decided to highlight a few of our favorite finds.

Links attached for the deets.

HOMA

"The Cloud Collection" by Vienna based studio/atelier, HOMA, whose expertise is dedicated to glass and mirror production.

The side table pieces mantle a glass top upheld by organic stone block, almost giving "if art were an accident" which is almost completely our vibe.

Sisan Lee

Seol based designer Sisan Lee fine-tunes the lens of functional and organic in his "Proportions of Stone" series, exploring "the intersection of nature and artificiality, as well as the tension between primitivity and modernity."

Karl Springer

Karl Springer's pieces help us shift into a more modern approach, all while this concept is still appraised.

This is more of an off-beat path for the American designer, as his portfolio exhibits more of a vintage palette. However we gratefully swoon over this unique trio of free form stainless steel tables.

We could probably make this post a million miles long, granted there's so much out there worthy of applause. Let us know your thoughts or send over some more inspo you find!
